For Air Freight service, your shipment will firstly arrive at the destination country by Commercial Flight and get through all the customs clearance procedures. After that, your shipments will be sent to the courier’s local facility, from where it will start the rest of the delivery to the final destination.
You will also obtain tracking numbers for your shipments, however, it’s for the final part of delivery only, so it will only be activated and show updates after your shipments arrived at the couriers’ local facility and are scanned by one of their staff.
