Quality Inspection is a step that many sellers may neglect during the entire supply chain management. Have your ever think about it? Your products may be already defective when they were produced while you may have no idea about. That explains the importance of prep shipment Quality- You need an eye on behalf of you, to make sure the your products are in accordance to your requirements and eligible for shipping to ultimate customers.
Inspection is not applicable for products but also for the company you are going to work with. Factory Audit is also part of the inspection service, allowing you to get to know the real condition of the company/factory you are going to work with, without being there in person.
Here’s what how it works:
- 1. You will complete an Inspection Checklist from us, where you would let us know all the inspection details and your requirements,
- 2. Our Inspection Specialist will evaluate your checklist and let you know how many unit of inspection(Man-day) it is going to cost you,
- 3. Once you agreed on the percentage/quantity to inspect, one of our Quality Inspector will contact your supplier to confirm the exact inspection date,
- 4. Our Quality Inspector will show up at factory to perform inspection,
- 5. After the inspection is complete, Inspection Report will be available for you in 1 business day.
